Usually a watch or cuff bracelet would cover them up until they are gone. The only time I have gotten marks from rope around when doing a chest harness. I get very skinny rope bruises just above my breasts next to my arm pits. Otherwise everything else disappears in a very short while.PetofSkyMaster2noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8022929989646932055.post-15858844714214421742012-04-12T14:48:18.303+01:002012-04-12T14:48:18.303+01:00Depending on the type of rope bondage done, most m...Depending on the type of rope bondage done, most marks aren't permanent. Usually what gets left behind is an imprint of the rope, which we affectionately refer to as rope bites. Most of these "bites" actually end up being covered my clothes, since it's still fairly cool out. I've been tied up pretty much everyday (multiple times a day) for over a year with various types of rope, from traditional Japanese jute to hemp to scratchy coconut rope to cotton, and the only permanent marks I have are on my hips from doing really stressful rope suspensions (meaning the minimal amount of ropes needed).

Also, rope doesn't have to be extremely tight in order to be restrictive. Learning these helps cut down on marks as well.

The type of rope also plays a factor, as well as it's diameter. It's something to experiment with to see what feels best for you.

Also, keep in mind any shifting or moving of a body within rope changes how ropes sit on the body or where pressure is applied. Just because you're standing up in a tie and it's not leaving marks doesn't necessarily mean that sitting in the same tie won't mark you.

This is, of course, not including any other forms of play you incorporate with bondage. If you do impact, you're more likely to struggle in your bonds will will most likely mark you.

It really just depends on your style of play and what you're looking for :)

If you have any questions about rope bondage, I would be happy to answer them :) just shoot me a message.Naga-bothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04126889806290493130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8022929989646932055.post-38164502737108554852012-04-12T10:47:57.278+01:002012-04-12T10:47:57.278+01:00Pet, thanks for that suggestion. When we looked at a number of different cuffs at our local high-end, female-friendly sex store, all of them had edges that seemed likely to bruise or rub, but not in a good way.

Is there a brand or maker you recommend? The best way to use rope and not get marks is to use cuffs and then use rope itself to put you in different positions. also if you use rope over cloth then it wont leave rope marks, but you might get a couple small marks from fabric. hope this helps. also good luck in the future.PetofSkyMaster2noreply@blogger.com
